The challenge
Jordana Ticia moves fast: viral product drops, seasonal hauls, and TikTok-led demand that expects the storefront to keep up. The merchandising team needed to publish and rearrange campaign content without waiting on developer hours for every homepage swap or collection push. At the same time, Enchant Digital needed a theme architecture that could support structured A/B testing, not a rigid layout that made every experiment a rebuild.
The strategy
Working alongside Enchant Digital, oContis rebuilt the storefront on Shopify Online Store 2.0 with merchant control as the default. Modular sections, reusable campaign patterns, and a clear content model let the internal team self-serve launches from Juicy Pout Pots to Heatwave Haul edits. The theme was structured so CRO tests could target merchandising surfaces efficiently, with Klaviyo wired into the stack for lifecycle campaigns alongside conversion work.

Results
Jordana Ticia's merchandising team can now update campaign content and homepage merchandising without queuing developer time, and Enchant Digital can run CRO experiments on a theme built for iteration rather than resistance. The storefront keeps pace with product drops and seasonal pushes while staying visually cohesive.
