Senarah
From a locked theme to a self-serve storefront built for CRO iteration
In collaboration with
Senarah had outgrown a locked Shopify theme where campaigns and PDP storytelling queued developer time and app sprawl added script weight. oContis migrated to Shopify 2.0 with Figma-aligned custom sections, consolidated redundant apps into native theme features, and built a CRO-ready architecture for Enchant Digital. The merchant team can now run merchandising and comparison content at parent-brand pace.

The challenge
Senarah had outgrown a previous Shopify theme that locked the merchant into rigid layouts and developer-led edits. Campaigns, comparison content, and PDP storytelling needed to move at parent-brand pace, but every meaningful change queued engineering time. Third-party apps had piled up to cover basics the theme should handle, adding script weight and monthly overhead. Enchant Digital's conversion programme needed a foundation where A/B tests could run on native theme sections, not fragile app fragments.
The strategy
Working alongside Enchant Digital, oContis led development on a Shopify theme store 2.0 migration: a new architecture the merchant could customise in admin without a standing dev team. Custom sections followed client Figma designs for homepage storytelling, product education, and trust-led merchandising. Overlapping app functionality moved into the theme where it belonged, with performance tuned as apps came out. Section boundaries were structured so Enchant could iterate tests quickly using native Online Store 2.0 components.

Results
Senarah runs on a maintainable Online Store 2.0 theme the merchant team can customise for campaigns and catalogue updates, with a leaner app footprint and stronger storefront performance after consolidation. Enchant Digital can iterate conversion tests on native sections instead of fighting a locked layout.
