All RTR Vehicles inventory is aggregated into a single, unified experience, pulling data from every partner dealer nationwide. Rather than managing individual product pages, vehicles are displayed in a dynamic, sortable list that gives customers a clear view of availability while directing them to the correct dealer for purchase.

Inventory updates are managed entirely through a simple CSV upload process, allowing the RTR team to refresh vehicle availability bi-weekly or more frequently without developer involvement. This workflow aligns with existing dealer data exports and removes operational friction from ongoing inventory management.

Each vehicle is uniquely identified by its VIN, ensuring records are never duplicated across uploads. The system automatically detects data changes and updates only what is necessary, preserving existing records while keeping inventory accurate and up to date.

Vehicle images are handled intelligently to avoid unnecessary reuploads, improving performance and reliability. Images are only updated when changes are detected, ensuring fast processing times while maintaining high-quality visuals across the inventory experience.
