RTR Vehicles sells high-performance Ford Mustangs through a nationwide dealer network, but customers had no single place to discover what was available in market. Inventory lived across dealer sites, changed frequently, and needed a centralized, sortable experience that still routed buyers to the correct dealer for purchase.
The strategy
oContis designed a Shopify-native inventory system powered by metaobjects and a custom CSV upload workflow. Rather than managing individual product pages, dealer data aggregates into a dynamic listing experience the RTR team can maintain without ongoing developer involvement.
